When the group is standing around outside of the prom, Guy tells the ditzy girls (Kirsten, Kristen and Gibby, I think) that he get to have a sword. They all squeal and then they proceed inside of the building. But as Rob is walking passed, the camera is on him when you hear "I want a sword," said by him, but his lips never move! Oops.
I have seen this movie a lot and I thought the same thing. When he says that, He is saying it to himself. He is talking in between his teeth, and also, if you say "I wanna sword" to yourself with your teeth together, You can say it without moving your lips. Therefore, I believe he did say it and that this wasn't a slip-up.
