This slip-up happens in the kitchen of the castle. It's right after Sebastian jumps out of the big pot of boiling water on to the table. Lewy the chef then takes his fork and picks up Sebastian. When he does this it leaves a dent in the table, but if you look, you can see that the dent was there before he picked up Sebastian. Oops!
