Scream 3 - Cop That Won't Stop

In the middle of the movie, when Sidney wants to go see the Stab 3 set, she is being driven there. at the studio when they show Kinkade driving through the studio there is the word STOP painted in clear view on the street but Kinkade didn't stop. He may be a cop but he needs to watch for that stuff.
