When Alan tries to run away and Sarah comes over, she asks Alan where he found the game. Alan found the game in the construction site, but says he found it in the factory.
I always thought that the construction site was part of the factory because when Alan turns around after finding the game, there's a guy there. He looks at Alan with a weird look and carries on with his work. I think the guy knew that Alan as the bosses son so he didn't say anything. If that was a different construction site don't you think the guy would've been angry and kicked Alan out? Also, he would've seen the game and told Alan to give it back because he stole it from the construction site.
