The exact saying in Chinese translated to English is, "If it's got it's back facing the sky, the Chinese would eat it"...
How is this even close to qualifying as a slip up? Slip ups are not intentional jokes, politically incorrect statements, etc. Slip ups are unintentional mistakes.
