Watch the part when Cameron and Sloan are being escorted away from the float by the police. If you look at the back of the cop's head, you will notice he is dark-haired and the hair is pretty far down his neck. Then when they show them again, you will see a man with brown hair, that is shorter. And finally they go back to the original cop. Not to mention the jacket disappears.
