This is the episode when Annie is having her twin babies. After giving birth for a few hours the whole family goes to visit her right after and her hair is still perfectly done and her makeup was perfectly applied. And this was RIGHT after the birth when most mothers are sweaty and tired.
The apparently had time to clean the babies up so maybe Annie took a few minutes to brush her hair and freshen up a little. Sometimes freshening up like that makes some women feel better.
NO, this was like after a hour after she gave birth. She obviously put on some makeup and brushed her hair because she wanted to look nice for her family, so she wouldn't be sweaty.
After giving birth the mother always cleans up before anyone sees her, I mean how would you feel after you gave birth and you couldn't be fixed up afterwards to fell better?!!
