The old ugly wise guy has a missing tooth on the left of his mouth as we look at it. After the second battle of Stirling when Richard (the bearded guy) is talking to him, the missing tooth gets filled. Then the camera cuts to Richard and then cuts back to the old guy. The missing tooth is on the right of his mouth (as we look at him.) Then the camera cuts back the Richard, and when the camera goes back to the ugly guy, the missing tooth is back on the left hand side of his mouth (as we look at him.)
