In The beginin', Stab shows when Casey is on the phole. Well, who ever made Stab knows too much.The only one who could know about the phone conversation is Casey and Billy. Well, they both died so how did the director know she said she didn't have a boy firend and that he even asked or that she went outside jusst as her parents drove up. It just seems kinda funny
Also, isn't it strange that Casey in STAB, is saying that she doesn't have a boyfriend? The real Casey said it, because she was in a kinda "playful" mode. But STAB-Casey doesn't seem so happy, does she?
to the comment about it explaining scream 3, it really doesn't because Roman didn't direct or have anything to do with the first stab movies. bause he says in scream 3 that he just wanted to do a romance or something but he had to do a scary movie first. So he wouldn't know this unless Billy told him but I doubt he would have
Actually we never found out in Scream if Stu even died. We just know that he was on the point of bleeding to death he may have been taken to hospital and just been saved and then sent to jail. He could have been the one that called Casey on the phone and killed her and/or her boyfriend. And if he found out that they were making a movie about him and Sidneys boyfriend he would want to tell the movie producers about the phone calls and that kind of stuff. Just my thoughts.
Just wondering over one thing. At the start of STAB Casey is about to get in the shower (didn't happen in Scream) then she got the phone call and put her robe on. Where the hell did the popcorn come from? She was about to have a shower so why the hell would she be cooking popcorn? Maybe her house didn't need to nearly burn down! I also thought that it was quite funny that in the first one Tatum says "Hey Sid. What if they make movie about this. Who's gonna play you." or something like that. Then Dewey says "I see you as a young Meg Ryan myself." Then Sid says " I'd be lucky to get (chick from beverly hills 90210. forgot her name)." Then in Scream 2 we see a television interview with the actress who played Sid. I may be wrong because I haven't seen the movie in ageeeeeees but isn't it the same person Sid said?
In answer to the question about the casting of Stab, it is the same actress. In the scene in the first Scream, Neve actually responds to Dewey with "Thanks Dewey. With my luck, they'd cast Tori Spelling." Her original comment was a negative one. Neve felt so bad because she was friends with Tori that she wanted to replace her name with her own. They wouldn't let her do it. In fact, they tricked Neve by telling her that she can change it, as long as she said the correct line once. Well, they took the correct line and put it into the movie. The reason why Tori ended up in Scream 2 (Stab 2) was because of the line that was put in. As a matter of fact, it's even referenced in Scream 2 when Randy says to Dewey "They did it! They got Tori Spelling to play Sid and they cast Joe Schmoe nobody to play me. At least you got David Schwimmer". Also, if you watch Scream 3, you'll notice that Angelina says that after the last events Tori and David didn't want to come back.
