While Scully was frozen in the Antartica underground, she was naked. Then, Mulder gave Scully his fur jacket. As soon as they came out from the tunnel, Scully was wearing fitted trousers.
well, i don't think chris carter would show mulder fitting his pants on scully while she's naked- i think mulder just put one of his many layers (c'mon, he's in the antarctic!) on scully without letting us see.
