As Mulder and Scully are climbing down the rocks above the corn field, she is wearing flat-soled shoes. When they enter the beehive, she has high heels. (And not a scratch on them either!)
Oh come on! Don't we ALL occasionally go hiking in our Versace pumps? Not to mention we couldn't have our oh-so-fashionable Gillian be seen in Nikes now could we?
After reviewing the movie several times, as well as being on set, I have come to know something. Gillian is wearing her pumps the whole time! They tried one take with some black sneakers, but she said she would rather wear her pumps because she knew that at some camera angles someone would catch on. Trust me! She was wearing pumps throughout the whole scene. Mrs. Anderson is very professional. She just wants to do her best.
