He probably went to both Toronto and Ottawa! Tours don't usually take place in only one city!

NO. Ottawa is NOT a province of Canada. Ottawa is the capital CITY of Canada; Toronto is another city; they are both in the province of Ontario. That said, it's understandable for an artist on tour to get his cities mixed up.
