Ok, look on the back of the cruel intentions video box. You'll see a picture of Sebastian and Annette in the pool. If you notice her hand there on his chest. But in the movie she never touches him once in the pool.

Possibly it was a posed photograph or it was part of some footage that didn't make it into the final cut of the movie.

It is normal for filmmakers to use images from unused film to put on their movie covers. This COULD be considered a slip-up, but I don't consider something a slip-up if it's a normal practice used by filmmakers.
