Fast forward to the part where Robin Williams first meets with Mr. Lindy, when Robin Williams orders what Mr. Lindy is having. Yet, 2 seconds later, he makes a toast with a drink that does not look like water... it's amazing how those waiters can make those drinks appear.
I don't know about when it got there or not, but he didn't order water, I'll tell you that right now. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe he ordered Scotch on the rocks
