In the last game the replacements play in the last quarter and the last play, Keanu Reeves asks if anyone else wants the ball. Surprisingly the deaf man said he did but what surprised me the most was that the man can't hear Keanu say that because he's deaf and he can't read lips.

Why would you say that he can't read lips? Of course he can!! Think back to the scene where the fat offensive coach first met him. The coach asked him where he learned to catch like that, and -gasp!- he answered!!!

Eh...When did it say he can't read lips? It sounds to me like he can...he listens to everyone and then answers when they talk to him.
