Early in the movie Anne and Gilbert are riding their bikes. When they go to turn onto a bridge Gilbert misses the corner and falls into the water. In the next scene Anne and Gilbert are walking out of the bushes with their bikes and Gilbert is totally dry. This is a common slip-up, not only in this movie, but in many others!
