The Scene When the guy stabs the guy in the neck at the end of the movie......when the camera goes back to show the guy pulling the knife out.You can see the knife in the Guys hand........
First of all, learn how to spell. It is spelled Gladiator, not Gladetor. Second, it doesn't help that you said the guy stabbed the other guy and the knife ended up in the other guy's hand. The two people in the end scene have names, Maximus and Caesar. The knife would have ended up in Caesar's hand at the end because Caesar were both holding onto the knife at the same time. Maximus was trying to stab Caesar in the throat and at the same time, Caesar was also holding on to the knife trying to get the knife away from his throat. (So just to prove you wrong, Maximus let go of the knife after Caesar died and Caesar's hands were still on the knife).
