In the episode where Doug and Skeeter's comic book characters "Quail Man" and "Silver Skeeter" join forces to defeat Wacky Weather Man, Silver Skeeter accidentally creates a hurricane with his breath. Among debris, a raccoon is seen clinging to a pole for his life, and the wind blows the "eye mask" spots off his face before he is blown away. Seconds later, the raccoon is seen tumbling through the air with the spots back over his eyes!

Also, the Mayor's wig is blown away before they cut to Doug and Skeeter arguing over how the story should go. The next thing you see, though, the mayor is cheering and his hair is right there on his head.

Did they create this episode backwards or something? :)
