In the episode "The Way We Was", the one where Homer and Marge were talking about how they met at college, and the prom stuff. While Marge was making a stand outside before she got detention, a woman in the crowd is heard saying "Way to go, Simpson!". This was before she even met Homer, and her last name currently was Bouvier. Whoops.
I'm not sure about this, but I think the woman in the background actually yells
"way to go, sister."

She does definitely say "Way to go, sister" in the background. And in the next scene the principal comes up to her and addresses her as "Miss Bouvier".
But then again, Simpson and Sister do sound alike... so it's no biggie. :)
