This slip up is in Episode 52 "Maid to Order". In the scene where Louise is calling Samantha an the telephone and wants to used Naomi, a laugh track from "I Love Lucy" is used in this scene and an "uh-oh" from Lucy's mom Dee Dee Ball (who attended every taping of her daughter's show) is plainly audible.
