In the scene where all of the girls are climbing the stairs to go do their dance on stage, you'll notice that Kathy Morningside is trying to open something, but can't do it. She calls her assistant (and son) Frank over to help her. However, when she's calling him over, she says,

"Ste-Frank!" Frank's real name is Steve, and they don't bother to take it out because they figure no one will notice it! Think again!
