Just watch the MTV VMA's 2000. Get to the part where Britney Spears starts performing. She gets onto the the spinning turntable with the arches on it. When she steps off, there is a dancer right in front of her, who does a move where he flings is arm backward. You have to watch this part really closely. The dancer hits Britney right in the face. Britney fell down, but she made it look like a dance move.

The way I discovered this was on MTV Mandy talk show where they talked to this dancer. I learned this on June 15th 2001.
