I have not watched this episode in a long time, but here it is from memory. Saddam Hussein is taking over the football field (or whatever) and he stands on a stage that has the Canadian flag (the red one with the maple leaf) hanging from it. He replaces it with the Iraqi flag. Soon after that, the camera shows the stage up close but on the bottom of the screen you can see the Canadian flag is there (you only see one of the red bands or something), yet moments later it is back to the Iraqi flag.
