When Falco enters the bar after closing time to talk to his soon to be girlfriend, they chat for a minute and then there is a shot of him Falco finishing a beer. The slip up is, who's beer is he drinking? He wasn't served, and he certainly wasn't there long enough to down a whole beer. He just killed somebody's else's beer, man!
Well he might have downed one of the two guys' beers that the chick threw out before Shane came in.

If you watched then when he sat down, Annabelle was behind the counter. She half-filled a mug and gave it to Shane. So, he was drinking his own beer. Watch more carefully, you'll see.

Actually, I think we're supposed to be catching up with them at the end of the night, therefore they are drinking their own beers ~ we just were not "there" at the start of their evening.
