In the Episode were Phil And Chuckie get jealous of Lil so they wear some of her dresses to a fair. 2 boys find out that Chuckie and Phil are not girls and try to catch them and beat them up, then Phil in Lil's voice says, "Let's spit up." Is he going through some changes?
