In the part where they are in the kitchen, when Timmy is crouched at the end of the counter just before the spoon falls, you can see the hook its on turn sideways to make the spoon fall.
Exactly. Tim knocks every other spoon that is hanging there except the one that falls off. He misses it by a mile and it is so obvious that the whole hook is turned to make the spoon fall.
