This Slip-Up takes place in the scene where Lara reads her father's note in the William Blake book. When she sits down to open the book, notice she is wearing a plain white shirt. However, after she reads the note and is standing to leave the room, her shirt is a completely different one! This time it is a ripped white tank top with a bright red cross that covers the front.
