Toward the end of the movie, when Melush (the Jewish soldier) is fighting the German hand-to-hand, Upham is cowering on the staircase. Just before that, two German soldiers were killed at the top of the stairs. Yet when Upham is shown from a lower angle only blood, and no bodies, can be seen.
I wondered about that myself. I suppose they could have fallen down the stairs but the stairs would have been bloody. Speilberg should have left the bodies there.
