Star Wars Episode 6: Return of the Jedi - The Jumping Trooper.
Towards the end of the movie, when Han, Chewie and Leia are in the Shield Generator, about to blow it up, Han has a pack of battery things. There is an Imperial officer in a black suit behind him at one point. Han throws the batteries at him, and the officer falls backwards. If you look closely, he jumps back before he gets hit. It's lame, I know.
The "battery things" you are referring to are the explosives

The Imperial officer is played by Ben Burtt, sound designer for all three original movies. (He's probably involved with the prequel trilogy too, come to think of it, because I believe he's still with Skywalker Sound.) In the commentary on the Star Wars DVD set, he comments that his one big line in the whole series is "freeze!"
