Wizard of Oz, The - Tin Man?

After Dorothy and Scarecrow finish oiling the tin man, Dorothy shakes the tin man's right arm, but it will be on the left of your screen. The arm bends as if it is fabric, or something else, buts it definatly not tin!!!
