After Chris Benoit & Chris Jericho pin Stone Cold & Vince McMahon for the WWF Tag-Team Titles, Benoit and Jericho were celebrating the win by holding up the titles, unfortunately Jericho's tag belt was being held upside-down.
They just won the belts, they won't take time to look and make sure they hold them just right. Would you do that? I would just show it off. Just for the record, when The Rock had the WWF title, he always held it sideways in the air, slip up or just a way to hold it????????
Ummm... Jericho holding the belt upside down can't possibly be considered as a slip-up because all throughout history, people have held belts upside down all the time. Look at Diamond Dallas Page! When we was WCW Champion, he once wore the title belt around his waist upside down, even though I'm pretty sure that this was just a joke Page played. The bottom line is that Jericho was probably excited that he had won the WWF Tag title, and the last thing on his mind would have been, "Am I holding the title right?"
If you win/own a championship you don't get out a ruler and check it is upright enough, you hold it up a turkey for the crowds, therefore causing a loudh pop. Bub-Buh Ray Dudley wore his belt around his neck as a little joke.
