In the scene where Selena (Jennifer Lopez) is mowing the lawn, and Chris (Jon Seda) pulls up she asks, "What did you get?" He says "Junk food," but he mouth says a totally different thing. It bothers me every time I watch it.
I just want to say that in the movie Selena, that does not happen. I have the movie, and I've seen the movie countless times, and Chris says, "JUNK FOOD." I think you should watch the movie again.

You must be watching the wrong Selena. I own the movie and I have seen it so many times that I know it by heart. Even when it was aired on TV his mouth does not say junk food, I think YOU need to watch the movie again

I have seen the Selena movie more times than I can count. I am a huge fan of Selena, and the one I have, Chris does say junk food, but if you watch his mouth, his lips are saying something different.

Chris DOES say junk food but you dont hear the sound until after his mouth is done saying it. I think they recorded over the scene.

A lot of times movies are filmed, and then once they are done filming, the actors go back and voice over the characters, because a lot of the time there are no mic's when filming. So maybe his line "junk food" was a voice over and it just wasn't lined up right.

This is definetely true. I own this movie, and it annoys me everytime I see it. He doesn't say "junk food"...it looks like he merely opens his mouth to say "oh" or something. Definetely a slip up. Good job!
