When Austin is using the remote to control Vanessa there are two wine bottles on the bar in the background. When she starts shotting at him the wine bottles have moved.
Well obviously when she (Vanessa) starts to shoot, she would hit the wine bottles making them explode and therefore they would not be there now would they.
