Watch the part where Lowis(sp?) is actually pulling out of the grocery store parking lot, we can tell that she comes to a complete stop even though the angle is straight into the drivers window because of that little forward-jerk that you get in a vehicle when it comes to a complete stop, and that's all we can really see.

Later we see a video tape that shows her pulling out and never coming to a stop but a-little-more-than-coasting out into the road, there's the first slip-up. Also notice we never see a black VW driving in the other lane.

Then later we see the second video, there's the black VW making a quick u-turn from the oncoming lane that we can obviously see. It's no biggy but you think they could have took a little more time in making both the tapes match up and take care of details a little better. Watch these parts and you'll see what I mean.
