1.While Steven Segal was running to the end of the train, during the final scenes of the movie, you can see Segal running away from the oncoming wreckage. The wreckage is coming directly at the screen while Segal is running at a 45 degree angle towards the bottom of the screen. There is also a faint blue outline around him. Obviously some bad editing.

2.Also in his last fight scene his aikido moves are sped up by editing, and you can't see his moves half the time
