Okay. It's near the beginning, when the Newsies are singing and dancing in the streets. The song is "Carrying the Banner," and if you watch Christian Bale (Jack) when he's dancing in front of the fountain with the other guys, he trips and gets behind in the moves. He tries to continue like nothing happened, and it's quite funny.
If you listen, that's when the newsies sing the line, "We need a good assasination. We need an earthquake or a war." That part was supposed to be him stumbling pretending there was an earthquake. Some of the other newsies can be seen doing it, too.
