Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country - Coffee Cup
At the beginning of the movie when Sulu's ship is hit by the explosion watch the coffee cup. It falls and breaks on the floor. A couple of shots later there it is, in tact on the table!!
BTW... Sulu was drinking Tea, not Coffee. But, otherwise, your slipup is valid.

I watched the tea cup from when it smashed for the next 5 minutes. It breaks yes, but you don't see the cup again.

the dvd tell you that if you look you will notice before the cup hits the floor it has the starfleet insigna onit but when it breaks it is a plain white cup
