When Gracie walks in the workout room with the other girls carrying a pizza and beer, she asks Rhode Island if she wants some. Then, no one wants any, and she says that she will have to eat the large cheese pizza by herself. But you can clearly see that its not a cheese pizza and has various toppings on it.
Actually, she says "large, cheese-y pizza," which means the pizza could be plain cheese or have toppings and still be very cheesy.

Not that it matters, but it wasn't the workout room. It was outside by the pool.

Well, if you notice closely it is BURNT cheese. Not other toppings just burnt cheese!

No, it was in the workout room. There was a Jacuzzi there, not a pool.

hey its me again...I just wanted to inform pink cherry that they are toppings because the girls say "at least scrape off some of the toppings" and why would they be refering to burnt cheese as toppings?

I totally agree with Rebecca and Cindy. On Miss Congenialty, it said, with out a doubt, a large chees-y pizza, not cheese. And, you can hear, "...at least scrap off some of the toppings!" so obviously it wasn't just a plain pizza.
