During the rail-cart chase, a bunch of goons jump onto Indy's cart. At one point, Indy swings at a goon and completely misses, but the goon falls off anyways. Harrison, out of character, turns around to the girl and laughs at his mistake. It could be indy's character, but if you look on the expression on his face you can tell he thinks the shot just got messed up.
