During one of the scenes where Richard and Tommy are driving, Tommy says to Richard that he has to pee. They stop near a tree and Tommy gets out to tinkle. A blue van drives by as Richard starts to slowly move the car away from Tommy to expose that he's peeing. Slow down the view or pause the scene as soon as the van is in front of the view of Tommy. If you're watching closely, you'll see a camera crew in the reflection of the van's window filming the scene.
