When Dexter is introducing the other characters in voice-over he introduces Mr. Morrow with the comment "What a life. Blind AND allergic to his guide dog..." That's the LAST TIME Mr. Morrow shows any signs of allergy -- he is seen several more times with the dog, even petting him and talking to him and never sniffles or sneezes again.
