This is in the middle of the movie. Snoop Dog is in the jail cell washing the little book after it is delivered to him by the prison mail man. His partner asks him what he's doing after the book is completely submerged in the water and the paint covering the money is washed off. Snoop Dog holds it up straight from the water to show him, yet the money is completely dry!
