That 70's Show! - Oh Canada! Mess Up
when everyone goes to Canada to get beer you may notice that they all sing " Oh Canada" what not many people noticed is that they sang the "wrong" lyrics. In 1981 the lyrics to the nation Anthem were changed....since they are in the 70's this could not be possible!

Also there is a road sign listing the distances to various Ontario cities in Kilometers but Canada did not go metric until 1980 and even then they showed distances in miles and kilometers for 10 years so people could get used to it.

Take it from a true Canadian, they likely just put the updated O Canada! so vewers know what they are singing! If they put the "old vertion" people would complain that they arent singing it right!

Did it ever occur to anyone that when you travel back into the United States after purchasing beer in Canada, you go through AMERICAN customs, not Canadian? The guys had already bought the beer, so they wouldn't have to go back through Canadian customs again. The whole premise of the show is idiotic.
