In the car from the scene "I know what you did last summer" when they are in the back seat drinking, notice the alcohol bottle being half full then when he gets up to hang out the sun roof it is empty then when he is completely out of it (the sun roof) it is half full again. I guess they take drinks then spit it back in there or something.
