In the episode where Lucy is going to have Little Ricky, Lucy and Ricky are talking in the bedroom and he is smoking saying he has the 'heeby-jeebies.' Well he puts out the cigarette to go to bed and the screen transitions so the clock goes from 11:00pm to 1:00am, but the cigarette in the ash tray is still smoking!
That cig must of had a lot of tobacco in it, or they forgot to put it out. I don't excatly know how they could have fixed this, except for maybe Ricky actually to smash out of cig not just lay it in or whatever.
