When the Pokemon are going down to be cloned when they got stolen from Mewtwo, team rocket is guessing each one as they come down, well they said alakazam instead of scyther, and there wasn't even an alakazam in the movie!
As mentioned many times before, this was purposely done by the Directors. They admitted on the DVD commentary that they left that in there for kids to spot. Plus, no offense to my all-time favorite villains, but would Team Rocket honestly know every Pokemon by it's shadow? Would Ash even know? Think back to that one episode where they take that test and none of them knew what the Pokemon shadows were. Just a little joke for the kiddies that was thrown in there.
