At the beginning of the movie the sheriff(played by Vic Morrow) is chasing The California Kid's( played by Martin Sheen) brother down a winding mountain road. His brother's car, A 50 or 51 Ford coupe, has whitewall tires on it at the beginning of the chase. But as they are racing down the mountain the tires on the Ford have miraculously changed to blackwalls.
