In the scene where Charlize Theron goes to visit DeNiro in detox...they are sitting outside and she talks to him for a while. Watch the table. In the beginning, there is a stack of papers, some glue, and some scissors. When she gets up to leave there is a flask sitting above the papers. If you go to the deleted scenes and watch the extended version of this scene, you will see that she pulls the flask out of her purse early in the scene and leaves it on the table when she leaves. However, when they shortened the scene for the final version, they forgot to take the flask off the table.
