In the part where Stan gets mad and tosses the mask out the window, he leaves and the mask come floating in and rests on the couch. Now, when he returns the mask is turned differently than it had landed when it floated in...
I know I'm getting nit-picky here, but he does own a job, and if its anything like my dog, you can find some things in different places then you left them..........
Well, isn't it obvious why the mask has changed position?? It's magic! If it's capable of doing a "U" turn in mid air and returning back through the window it was just thrown out of, surely it's capable of shifting slightly on a sofa to make itself more visible to Stanley when he walks in.
