Near the end, when Data and Troi are searching through the rubble of the crashed Enterprise, there's a bright blue container in the background that's plugged up with plywood.
Just because there was some plywood in a scene doesn't mean it wasn't supposed to be there... who knows that it wasn't somebody's personal item on the ship, an antique or relic of some-sort... one more word, replicator.
